The ideal candidate has over 5 years of warehouse operations experience, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in WMS platforms like Linnworks. Applicants should be organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and ideally have a background in Lean or Kaizen methodologies. Fluency in English is required, while additional European languages are a plus.
