We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
HR Advisor to support our growing UK and European population.
This role sits at the heart of our People & Culture team, managing the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and providing critical daily guidance to managers on policy, compliance, and employee relations.
If you have a solid foundation in UK employment law, hands‑on experience with HRIS management (ideally Dayforce), and a passion for delivering a world‑class employee experience, this is an incredible opportunity to make a visible impact on our regional operations.
- How You Will Achieve Success
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across the UK and Europe, providing timely, accurate guidance on HR policies, processes, and employment matters.
- Support managers in handling employee relations cases, including attendance, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances, and escalating complex cases to the HRBP where appropriate.
- Own the employee lifecycle end to end including; supporting with onboarding, probation, contractual changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Support the creation and deployment of People & Culture initiatives and projects across our EU population, with oversight from the HRBP.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date employee records in our HRIS, Dayforce.
- Partner with our TA function to support a high‑class candidate experience, such as giving advice or interpreting pay, benefits, and culture information.
- Apply working knowledge of UK employment law basics to day‑to‑day queries, flagging areas of risk or complexity to the HRBP for guidance.
- Support the rollout and communication of people policies, contributing to awareness and compliance across UK and European teams in collaboration with the HRBP.
- Ensure all HR documentation, letters, and employee communications are completed accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
- What Experiences Will Help You In This Role
- 1‑2 years of experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role, ideally within a fast‑paced, scaling, or multi‑site business.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with the confidence to apply it in day‑to‑day situations.
- Exposure to, or genuine interest in, multi‑country HR environments; experience with European employment practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and able to build trust quickly with managers and employees at all levels.
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling employee data, contracts, and sensitive documentation.
- Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
