About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Service Desk Analyst with knowledge and passion in IT and technology. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication, good organisation and prioritisation skills. The successful candidate will provide support to our users, prioritise and respond to tickets from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat and walk‑ups, primarily from internal users, with occasional customer communication.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and performing root cause analysis, and monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications.

- Prior experience helping users in a Service Desk role
- Pro‑active attitude with a desire to help people
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Good organisation and prioritising skills
- Windows desktop administration (Windows 11)
You’ll get to work on:
- Exchange Server admin (Exchange 2019 & Exchange Online)
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Administration of Entra ID / Intune / SCCM
- Office/O365 applications including Teams
- Microsoft Defender
