The Spread Eagle Inn is a charming historic inn set within the stunning Stourhead Estate, one of Wiltshire's most iconic visitor destinations. Combining traditional hospitality, quality food and drink, and comfortable accommodation, it offers a unique experience for guests exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

We're looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to help lead our team and support the day-to-day operation of the pub. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, supporting team performance and helping to create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the pub.
• Supervising shifts and helping ensure smooth service across all areas of the business.
• Coaching, supporting and motivating team members to achieve high standards.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Supporting with stock control, cash handling and compliance procedures.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and service are maintained at all times.
• Taking ownership of tasks and helping drive the success of the pub.
