We are looking for a dynamic experienced teacher to join our team at Spratton. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in EYFS and KS1 to join our setting in a school with small class sizes.
  • A well motivated attitude, with strong behaviour management skills.
  • The ability to nurture relationships with children and parents with a determination to make a difference.
  • The willingness to work in a small team supported by the Head but can work independently in a small school setting.

Our ideal teacher is someone who is:

  • Excited to teach our EYFS/KS1 class.
  • Able to work effectively, flexibly, and collaboratively with other staff members, families and the wider community.
  • Confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
  • Understanding of the importance of Child Protection and committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.
  • Able to support children's pastoral, SEND and behaviour needs positively through a range of behaviour management strategies.
  • Able to deliver high quality first teaching.
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
