Purpose of the Role
To drive distribution, visibility, velocity and repeat purchase across the North by developing strong customer relationships and delivering excellent in-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new accounts across retail, hospitality and wellness channels
- Build strong relationships with customers across the region
- Drive visibility, execution and merchandising standards
- Increase rate of sale and repeat purchase
- Support local activations, sampling and promotional activity
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Deliver territory sales and distribution targets
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs and opportunities
Skills & Experience
Essential
- FMCG sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded
- Proven sales performance
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills
Desirable
- Drinks or beverages experience
- Existing regional contacts
- Experience within premium retail, hospitality or wellness channels
- Experience working with chilled products and chilled-chain distribution networks
