Location: Field based - London

Reporting to: Commercial Manager UK

Working arrangement: Field based - you will be out in your territory the majority of the time

Purpose of the Role

To establish Spraga as one of London's most visible and talked-about functional drinks brands by driving distribution, partnerships, activations and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open new premium retail, hospitality and wellness accounts
  • Build relationships with key operators across London
  • Develop partnerships with gyms, studios, wellness communities, run clubs and lifestyle venues
  • Deliver activations, sampling and brand-building initiatives
  • Drive visibility, availability and execution standards across accounts
  • Increase rate of sale and repeat purchase
  • Identify new opportunities to grow brand awareness and consumer trial
  • Represent Spraga at events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
  • Deliver territory revenue and distribution targets

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • FMCG sales experience
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Confident networking and representing a brand
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Drinks or beverages experience
  • Existing London network
  • Experience within premium retail, hospitality or wellness sectors
  • Activation and partnership experience
  • Experience working with chilled products and chilled-chain distribution networks
