Our Shepshed, East Midlands site is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Slitting Operator to run one of our slitter/rewinder lines — keeping quality tight and output moving as we scale.
Responsibilities:
- Operating the slitter/rewinder and label application process
- QC-checking your own work as you go
- Running basic maintenance on your machines
What you’ll need:
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience
- High personal quality standards and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, comfortable working under pressure and self-managing
