What we do
Spotted Zebra brings Interview Intelligence, Skills Assessments, and AI Interview Agent together in one powerful platform, designed for intelligence and action. One powerful agent and assistant: Spot. Working the way talent teams need it to, always with humans in control.
The result is talent teams get the insight to predict who will succeed, the speed to move before competitors, the governance to defend every hiring decision, and the capacity to focus on the human moments that matter most.
But our product is only part of the story. Spotted Zebra isn’t just building an AI-native product; we’re building an AI-native company. AI is changing how we build, sell, support customers and make decisions. We use it to move faster, stay closer to customers, reduce unnecessary processes, and give talented people more leverage in their roles.
That means joining Spotted Zebra isn’t just a chance to work on the future of hiring. It’s a chance to help shape what the future of work looks like inside a scaling company: compact, ambitious teams using AI to collaborate better, make decisions quickly, and deliver meaningful impact at speed.
The FTSE100 and Fortune500 companies trusting us include British Airways, NIQ, Domino's, Lidl, Merlin Entertainments, AWE, United Utilities, and Paramount. We've been named Personnel Today's Talent Acquisition Supplier of the Year 2025, secured gold across multiple industry awards, and were recently named on the UK Top 100 Startups List.
But what we’re most proud of is the team. People join Spotted Zebra because the mission is real, the product is genuinely exciting, and the opportunity to shape the future of hiring is huge. What makes it special is the way we work: smart, committed people in compact teams where trust is high, decisions happen quickly, and everyone has the chance to make a visible impact.

About the role
As a Sales Development Representative at Spotted Zebra, you'll be the engine of our enterprise pipeline, opening doors into UK, EMEA and US-headquartered organisations with 5,000+ FTE. Working in close partnership with our Account Executives, you'll research target accounts, craft personalised multi-channel outreach, and book high-quality meetings with senior Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.
This isn't a spray-and-pray SDR role. Our buyers are senior TA leaders at large, complex organisations, and the outreach that wins their attention is researched, relevant and consultative. You'll use AI tools daily to research faster, personalise at scale, and spend more of your time on the conversations that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone and LinkedIn (using tools such as Sales Navigator), targeting enterprise accounts (5,000+ FTE).
- Dig into your accounts' hiring plans, transformation programmes, skills initiatives and news triggers so every touchpoint is relevant and personalised to the prospect.
- Become an expert in the talent acquisition space, staying on top of industry trends, challenges and news so you can bring genuine insight to every conversation.
- Ensure every meeting you hand to the Account Executives is high quality and set up for success.
- Engage senior stakeholders (Heads of TA, Directors of TA, CPOs) in credible, value-led conversations about their hiring challenges.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in HubSpot, keeping pipeline data accurate so forecasting and reporting can be trusted.
- Work with marketing to convert campaigns, events, and content engagement into booked meetings.
- Use AI tools to work smarter, from account research and message drafting to call preparation and follow-up.
- Share what's working: feed learnings from the front line back into our messaging, ICP, and go-to-market playbook.
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in an outbound sales or recruitment role, ideally as an SDR in B2B SaaS, or a compelling track record that shows you can prospect fearlessly, persist, and win attention.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup or fast-scaling company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Genuine curiosity about prospects and their businesses - prioritises researched, relevant messaging over generic mass outreach.
- Strong organisational skills - juggling multiple sequences, follow-ups and stakeholder conversations at once, while keeping your pipeline accurate and up to date.
- Resilience and self-motivation: you treat a "no" as data, not defeat, and you manage your own pipeline with discipline.
- Comfort speaking with senior stakeholders and holding a credible conversation about hiring, talent, and skills.
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working.
- A team-first mindset: you celebrate others' wins, share what you learn, and want to grow with the company.
