Agincare is recruiting for a Care Assistant role in Witney. The permanent, full-time position pays £14.00 per hour and closes on 2 September 2026. Agincare's Witney home-care team supports adults in their own homes with daily routines, personal care and practical help.
Flexible contracts cover alternating weekends, and the work includes shopping, meal preparation, companionship and medication support. No previous care experience or qualification is required. A full UK driving licence, at least 12 months remaining right to work in the UK, caring people skills and weekend flexibility are required. The role is open to candidates without previous care experience who can bring a caring, professional and team-focused approach.

Home visits require attention to each client's routine and the boundaries of the agreed care plan. Home-care work takes place in clients' homes across Witney, and Agincare pays mileage at 32p per mile. Some visits can include support with appointments or local activities when those tasks form part of a client's needs.
