About the Role
Based at our Rosewarne campus, we are looking for an experienced Administrator with experience in/knowledge of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities to provide an efficient and effective customer service for the Additional Learning Support team (ALS), acting as the first point of contact between the ALS team, stakeholders and all external parties. The role involves delivering administrative support to allow for the ongoing operational duties of the ALS team and provide quick access to learning support information. The purpose of our provision is to develop independent, confident, and resilient learners who are well‑prepared to engage with the wider community. Hours of Work
This role is on a term‑time basis; 16.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Working days and times are negotiable.
Skills & Experience
Experience within a similar role with a commitment to inclusive learning and a willingness to gain an understanding of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential, as is a sensitive and caring approach to learners and trainees. Literacy and numeracy qualifications, or a willingness to work towards Level 2 are essential (we will provide and fund your qualification(s) with us).
