Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse SME commercial portfolio, including New Business, Renewals and MTAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear, professional advice on cover, terms and risk placement.
- Prepare and issue documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
- Work closely with Account Executives to support client retention and growth.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
About You
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within SME or similar commercial lines.
- Confident handling policies such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability, Motor/Fleet and Package products.
- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using Acturis essential.
