Own the execution and performance of both organic social content and paid media campaigns across UK/IRE markets, building a distinctive sports betting brand presence while driving measurable growth.

Accountabilities

  • Lead day-to-day organic social content across X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, primarily focused on English football.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
  • Create engaging, platform-native copy and collaborate on supporting creative assets.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, X and TikTok across multiple brands.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is tracked and delivered effectively.
  • Build and test audiences (including retargeting and lookalikes) to improve performance.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise both organic and paid performance using data-driven insights.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns comply with gambling regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in social media, with paid media experience advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of sports (especially English football) and betting audiences.
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of social best practice.
  • Confident in analysing performance data and optimising campaigns.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace.
