Spotlight Sports Group is seeking a Subscription Product Manager to own and optimise the end-to-end subscription conversion ecosystem for Racing Post.

You will design customer journeys, paywalls, and monetisation strategies to convert anonymous users into paying subscribers.

Working across Product, Subscriptions, Editorial, Data and Engineering, you will lead segmentation, pricing and experimentation to improve conversion rates, revenue and customer lifetime value.
