We’re looking for someone who loves creating seamless, intuitive experiences for users. If you enjoy making apps feel effortless and engaging, this could be your next big move. You’ll lead the UX for a portfolio of health and wellness apps with millions of users worldwide. This role blends strategy with hands‑on work, shaping the big picture while focusing on the details that make users happy.

What you’ll do:

  • Set the vision for how our apps look and feel and keep it consistent across the portfolio.
  • Find opportunities to improve usability and engagement.
  • Build processes that make UX smooth from feature planning to user testing.
  • Manage in‑app messaging and pop‑ups so they feel helpful and relevant.
  • Test new features end to end and make sure they meet UX standards.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, product managers and marketing.
  • Use data and feedback to guide improvements and measure success.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in UX management or mobile app roles.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX best practices and user‑centred design.
  • Experience creating UX processes and frameworks.
  • Comfortable with tools like Figma, Firebase and A/B testing.
  • Great communicator who can bring teams together.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on consumer‑facing or subscription‑based apps.
