What you’ll do:
- Set the vision for how our apps look and feel and keep it consistent across the portfolio.
- Find opportunities to improve usability and engagement.
- Build processes that make UX smooth from feature planning to user testing.
- Manage in‑app messaging and pop‑ups so they feel helpful and relevant.
- Test new features end to end and make sure they meet UX standards.
- Work closely with designers, developers, product managers and marketing.

What we’re looking for:
