With a hero product that’s already built strong traction and a loyal customer base, they’re looking for a really innovative Paid Media Executive to support their next stage of growth. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love analysing data, and enjoy testing and optimising ads across multiple channels, this role offers huge potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Launching and optimising Meta Ads campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition
- Monitoring daily performance and identifying opportunities to scale
- Analysing creative performance and feeding insights into new ad concepts
- Working closely with the Creative Team on messaging, hooks and testing
- Reporting on key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and CVR
- Supporting wider growth marketing projects such as competitor research, tracking and attribution
About You
- Around 2 years’ experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and confident working with data and spreadsheets
- Highly organised, proactive and detail‑driven
- Excited to learn, experiment and grow in a fast‑paced DTC environment
