Our client is a very fast‑growing D2C brand across wellness, beauty and supplements operating at the intersection of ecommerce, performance marketing and product innovation. Powered by a data‑driven creative engine, they’re scaling very quickly and focusing on high‑impact, performance‑led content.
This role will suit a Paid Social Strategist from DTC who has been part of the journey scaling from £15m to £50m+. As Creative Strategist, you will take full ownership of creative direction as part of a team across acquisition and creative strategy. This is a highly collaborative environment, working closely with media buyers, designers, editors, and UGC creators to turn insights, trends and customer psychology into high‑converting creative that drives measurable growth.
You’ll transform customer insights, competitor research and platform trends into compelling concepts, hooks and storylines that elevate performance across channels. You’ll build structured testing roadmaps, analyse key metrics and iterate quickly to uncover winning ideas, combat fatigue and steer data‑led creative decisions. Alongside this, you’ll brief and collaborate with creative partners while maintaining a library of high‑performing insights to fuel a consistent, conversion‑focused creative pipeline.
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience in DTC - acquisition and creative strategy, performance creative or paid social strategy
- Experience in global growth environment - ideally scaling from £15m to £50m
- Background in an agency working with FMCG brands or a fast‑paced consumer business
- Excellent understanding of creating a high performing creative engine and brand identity
- Proven ability to develop ad concepts that scale
- Experience collaborating with media buyers, designers or growth teams
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, emotional triggers and direct‑response principles
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into creative decisions
- Strong copywriting and scripting skills
- Highly structured thinker who builds systems, not random tests
