Our client is a fast-growing D2C business operating at the intersection of ecommerce, performance marketing and product innovation. With a market leading hero product and customers across more than 40 countries, the business is scaling quickly and investing heavily in creative led growth. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join their high-performance marketing team and take real ownership of creative direction across paid channels. This is a hands‑on role within a highly collaborative, data driven environment. You will work closely with media buyers, video editors and growth teams to turn performance insights into high performing creative that drives measurable results at scale.

What do I need?

  • Two to five years’ experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or a data informed marketing role
  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience writing creative briefs, scripts or storyboards for ad content
  • Confidence using data and analytics to inform creative decisions
  • Strong understanding of how creative impacts performance metrics
  • Experience working closely with media buyers, editors or content teams
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
  • Curiosity around what makes people click, buy and share

Nice to have

  • Experience within ecommerce or consumer brands
  • Exposure to creative analytics tools such as Motion or similar
  • Experience collaborating closely with media buying teams
  • A second language such as French or Spanish
