Retention Manager – High‑Growth DTC Brand (London, Hybrid) – Salary up to £65k
Our client is a fast‑scaling DTC beauty & wellness brand, now hiring a Retention & Loyalty Manager to own LTV, subscription health, churn reduction and loyalty strategy across the full post‑purchase journey.
This is a strategic lifecycle role, perfect for someone who loves customer behaviour, subscription optimisation and building journeys that drive long‑term retention.
- What you’ll lead
- Subscription optimisation (cadence, skip/swap/pause flows)
- Churn intervention ahead of key risk points
- Cancellation & save flows tailored by reason
- Gorgias‑driven insight loops to diagnose friction
- Loyalty programme strategy & design
- LTV reporting by cohort, channel & persona
- What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in DTC retention/lifecycle
- Proven ownership of LTV or retention KPIs
- Strong analytical mindset (cohorts, churn data, LTV curves)
- Experience with loyalty mechanics (earn/burn, tiers, rewards)
- Background in DTC, beauty or wellness ideal
- Bonus + EMI share options
