Retention Manager – High‑Growth DTC Brand (London, Hybrid) – Salary up to £65k

Our client is a fast‑scaling DTC beauty & wellness brand, now hiring a Retention & Loyalty Manager to own LTV, subscription health, churn reduction and loyalty strategy across the full post‑purchase journey.

This is a strategic lifecycle role, perfect for someone who loves customer behaviour, subscription optimisation and building journeys that drive long‑term retention.

  • What you’ll lead
  • Subscription optimisation (cadence, skip/swap/pause flows)
  • Churn intervention ahead of key risk points
  • Cancellation & save flows tailored by reason
  • Gorgias‑driven insight loops to diagnose friction
  • Loyalty programme strategy & design
  • LTV reporting by cohort, channel & persona
  • What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years in DTC retention/lifecycle
  • Proven ownership of LTV or retention KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset (cohorts, churn data, LTV curves)
  • Experience with loyalty mechanics (earn/burn, tiers, rewards)
  • Background in DTC, beauty or wellness ideal
  • Bonus + EMI share options
