Our client is a highly successful, award-winning content agency looking for a creative Email Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days working remotely from home, and 2 days in their London office. In addition to flexible working, our client offers 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays + Christmas week), early finish Fridays, healthcare, and a focus on continued professional development.
They are now looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead successful campaigns, build and manage databases to drive new leads for the sales team.
The Email Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing email marketing campaigns and will require an analytical, data-driven approach.
- Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns for client initiatives and in-house sales
- Creating high-impact content and copy for email (as well as some social)
- Conducting A/B testing and data analysis to optimise performance
- Managing and segmenting email marketing campaigns while ensuring GDPR compliance
- Preparing performance reports and presenting insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Supporting broader marketing operations, including CRM management, social media scheduling, and updating collateral
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure best practices and consistent branding across all campaigns
Requirements:
- Solid experience in email marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- A proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative approach
- Excellent analytical & reporting skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive, collaborative, and keen to explore new marketing tools and techniques
- A curious and creative mindset
