Our client, a leading professional institution consisting of around 16,000 members, are seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team assisting with administrative tasks.

As well as a supportive working environment, they offer 25 days annual leave + Christmas office closure and your birthday off, healthcare insurance including fitness programme and mental health support, pension scheme, and staff socials.

This Office Administrator role presents a wonderful opportunity to provide integral support to their friendly team including senior leadership. Using your first-rate receptionist and administrative skills, you will be responsible for enabling the smooth running of the office across managing maintenance, security, room hire, health and safety procedures, and being the main point of contact for visitors.

In this Office Administrator role, you will utilise your excellent organisation and communication skills to help support with meetings and minutes, develop and maintain excellent relationships with team members and trustees, and play a key role in effective and fair HR administration.
