The Role
As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital strategy — shaping campaigns, optimising customer journeys, and building a brand that customers love and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Design and optimise customer journeys across web & email
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to elevate on‑site experience
- Own email marketing strategy (Klaviyo) — flows & campaigns
- Launch seasonal campaigns & product promotions
- Build cross‑sell/up‑sell systems to connect products
- Manage influencer partnerships to expand reach
- Keep all communications true to our brand values

- Proven digital marketing experience (FMCG/food a plus)
