Our client, an innovative and successful drinks brand who are breaking new ground across international markets and growing quickly, is searching for a proactive, passionate NPD Manager from a drinks background to join their creative and innovative team!
This dynamic role is hybrid working 4 days per week in their London office and 1 day remotely. Benefits include private medical insurance, pension (10% employer contribution), 25 days holiday, and £250 to spend on their products.
As NPD Manager, you will use your project management experience to drive the successful launch of industry leading FMCG/drinks products with a focus on new product launches across several markets, and contribute to effective marketing, sales, and distribution. You will play a key role in the team planning and developing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Using your previous knowledge of agile project management methodologies, you will lead tactical project development including identifying risks.
A strategic project manager with a strong understanding of relevant industry trends, supply chain, and operations will thrive in this varied role. Using your previous knowledge of environmental standards, category innovation, packaging and POS, you will lead the successful launch of new FMCG products.
Requirements:
- A degree and 3+ years’ experience in drinks working in a busy NPD/project management role
- Proficient in project management and word processing tools - Tropos, Airtable, and Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Office
- Previous experience using agile project management techniques
- Previous experience within FMCG/drinks is a bonus!
