Our client is a well-established property consultancy with an impressive history and focus on transformational growth. They are looking for a detail orientated Marketing Executive to support innovative multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns as part of a wider marketing team. Property experience would be a benefit, or a real interest in the property sector.
Benefits include healthcare package, team socials, charity events, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, health and wellbeing support, and cycle to work scheme! This exciting role will be hybrid working (4 days + 1 day remote) alongside a collaborative team in the lovely central London office.
As Marketing Executive, you will support the Head of Marketing and work as part of a wider marketing team with strategy and planning, alongside the creation of promotional marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and interest in active properties.
Using your understanding of campaign planning, you will help to execute marketing activity including creating content and data-driven analysis. A varied and rewarding role in a lovely team!
What do I need?- 2 years+ marketing experience, across campaigns, planning and analysis
- Experience in email marketing and CRM
- A positive and creative mindset
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Previous experience in property/real estate or similar preferred but not essential
- A data driven approach to digital marketing
