Our client is an iconic fashion brand with an incredible culture and a huge international following. They’re now looking for a Global Marketing Director to shape and elevate their brand across Europe and international markets, continuing their growth and success. This role is three days in the stunning London office managing a large team and being at the helm of all things marketing and brand!
As Marketing Director you will lead the brand’s international marketing strategy, driving cultural relevance, customer engagement and commercial impact. This is a hands-on, strategic role overseeing brand, content, partnerships, social, experiential and a large multi-disciplinary team.
- Brand & Strategy
- Lead annual, seasonal and monthly marketing plans across Europe
- Partner with creative, paid media and digital teams to deliver campaigns that spark conversation and drive measurable results
- Own marketing KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Build market nuance and segmentation across all international territories
- Champion the youth-driven customer mindset across all touchpoints
- Content, Talent & Partnerships
- Shape social strategy and talent partnerships across Europe
- Identify emerging content trends and editorial ideas that resonate with the brand’s community
- Strengthen brand presence through content, PR and cultural storytelling
- Integrate meaningful partners and organisations aligned with brand values
- Experiential & Community
- Lead IRL experiences: music events, workshops, Q&As, community activations and store openings
- Explore opportunities to activate retail spaces with external partners
- Develop reward-driven activations to attract and retain customers

Who are you?
- Experienced Marketer from international brands and global scale
- Strong experience delivering high-impact campaigns within a similar youth brand, fashion or creative agency working with relevant clients
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to nurture creativity and guide large teams
- A strategic, agile mindset with a deep understanding of youth culture and digital behaviour
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
