Responsibilities:

  • Prospect warm and cold leads across B2C and B2B
  • Sell memberships, corporate partnerships, and event sponsorships
  • Support membership campaigns, admin tasks, and payment processes
  • Represent our brands at events and exhibitions
  • Conduct account reviews with Corporate Partners
  • Manage renewals, upsells, enquiries, and customer support
  • Track opportunities and engagement through the CRM
  • Follow up leads within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate data
  • Work with Marketing and Operations on lead-gen activity
  • Attend meetings, training, and events as required

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (essential)
  • Experience in a membership body, professional body, trade association, or engineering environment (advantageous)
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand customer pain points
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills, including remote presentations
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and CRM capability
  • Ability to use initiative and work well within a team
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to support others and ask for support when needed
