Our client is a global professional services firm looking for a talented Marketing and PA/Operations Assistant to join their boutique team in the London office. Benefits include hybrid working (2 days in London office, 3 WFH), bonus, 25 days holiday, 7% pension, health and more. This position combines hands-on marketing coordination with operational and PA support for the two senior Directors.
You will help drive the firm’s marketing activity, manage digital channels, support client engagement processes, and ensure the business runs efficiently day to day. Some marketing experience or a marketing qualification is needed.
Marketing & Communications (Primary Focus)- Coordinate marketing activity with external suppliers and agencies.
- Manage and schedule all LinkedIn content in line with the firm’s marketing plan.
- Ensure marketing materials are produced and distributed to clients on time.
- Maintain accurate marketing and contact data across HubSpot and BoardEx.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and brand-aligned communications.
- Manage diaries, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Identify relevant market events and coordinate networking opportunities for the team.
- Support client onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Assist with billing communications and tracking responses from the delivery team.
- Act as a point of contact for building management and external suppliers.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
- Oversee general office requirements including IT coordination, equipment, and facilities.
- Support compliance processes such as first aid and fire warden arrangements.
Marketing experience along with experience in a support role (PA, Operations Assistant etc) is required. You should be confident working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience beneficial) and enjoy a varied role with a strong marketing and coordination element. This may suit someone currently in marketing also handling admin or PA support or someone in an administration/PA role with a marketing qualification ready to move into more marketing.
