Our client, an established media production and events business, is looking to onboard a talented and pragmatic Client Success Manager who can execute account strategy and drive success across their growing client base. In addition to a generous bonus, our client offers an employee-focused culture with hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office per week), an enhanced pension scheme, health and wellbeing services, summer early Friday finishes, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
As Client Success Manager, you will manage client relationships and provide a customer-centric experience to a growing portfolio of clients. Working alongside the Account Director, you will have the chance to build collaborative client relationships with key stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, and proactively manage campaign delivery alongside marketing operations and other internal teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client management ability
- At least 2 years’ experience in client management/client services or similar
- Strong client customer success and stakeholder management skills
- Able to successfully manage projects across multiple channels
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not essential
