Multimedia Content Editor – Up to £45k – Hybrid (London) Our client is an award-winning agency looking for a Multimedia Content Editor with truly brilliant grounding in traditional journalism skills and a genuine appetite for multimedia storytelling.
You will be a confident writer, editor and interviewer who can take ownership of day-to-day digital content while also clipping, editing and repurposing video and audio for social and other channels.
While this is not a specialist video-production role, as an editorial role it will suit those who understands that great stories need to travel across different formats for maximum impact.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in their Central London office, there is 25 days’ holiday (+ bank holidays+ Xmas week), early finish Fridays, healthcare and a focus on continued professional development amongst other benefits.
You'll take ownership of a varied content programme, working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders and contributors to deliver high-quality, audience-focused content.
Writing, editing and publishing digital content, newsletters and email campaigns.
Managing content calendars and commissioning external contributors.
Repurposing webinars, podcasts and long-form content into short-form video, audio and social assets.
Supporting webinar, podcast and virtual event content production.
Identifying new content opportunities, formats and audience engagement strategies.
Working collaboratively with commercial, marketing and project teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Strong experience in editorial, journalism, content marketing or publishing.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Experience creating content for websites, newsletters and social channels.
Basic video and audio editing skills and an interest in developing these further.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A focused and creative approach to content development.
