Our client is hiring a Commercial Manager to help accelerate the growth of their purpose‑led drinks brand. This hybrid London‑based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on commercial environment, enjoys shaping strategy, and can drive execution through an external sales agency while building a strong presence across UK retail, convenience and on‑trade channels. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead agency performance, managing day‑to‑day execution across retail, convenience and on‑trade, and driving distribution, rate of sale and activation.
  • Review and optimise commercial results through regular sales analysis and performance tracking.
  • Support customer strategy by contributing to national account negotiations, joint business planning, pricing, trade terms and channel profitability.
  • Drive commercial delivery through NPD sell‑ins, strong execution via the sales agency, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Enhance activation and brand experience by partnering with marketing on channel plans, supporting trade marketing, and using shopper insights to shape in‑store and in‑outlet activation.

  • FMCG commercial experience with a background in sales or account management.
  • Strong partner management, including experience working with external sales agencies or distributors.
  • Multi‑channel expertise across grocery, convenience and on‑trade, with confidence managing major customer relationships.

  • High‑impact communicator.
