Our client, an exciting online retail start-up, is looking to onboard an ambitious and highly skilled Gifting and Promotions Lead to join their thriving Product Team! This is a hybrid role working at least 3 days from their central London office per week and offers some great benefits, including growth and development opportunities.

As Gifting and Promotions Lead, you will be leading and supporting a small friendly team, aligning the team on priorities, as well as campaign planning. This role is pivotal, supporting their clients' end-to-end gifting programmes, crafting innovative gifting concepts and analysing post-promotion results. You will be building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and building bespoke solutions around these, planning each promotion to ensure the right products are selected to achieve the best results, analysing data, identifying trends and much more!

What do I need?

  • A passion for products/gifts, always staying ahead of the latest product trends!
  • Experience of managing and mentoring a small team and coordinating project delivery.
  • Creative and curious mindset to build exciting catalogues tailored to the clients' needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – the ability to build strong business relationships internally and externally.
  • A background in buying, product sourcing, procurement with a good understanding of commercial dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel to prepare and analyse data.
  • A positive, forward-thinking attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
