Our client, a fast-growth software company, are looking for a curious and strategic Inside Sales Specialist to work as part of a team of marketing, engineers and product managers. You will be working closely with their entrepreneurial and highly successful CEO, to drive revenue growth through direct sales of an AI-assisted Product Management platform. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise, technical understanding and entrepreneurial spirit to offer consultative selling and the ability to nurture key prospects. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days each week in the London office.
What will I be doing?
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for an AI-powered product management platform
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through to onboarding
- Create sales processes, documentation and best practices
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate value propositions to customers
- Build a pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead qualification
- Collaborate with product and engineering to provide feedback and feature requests
- Track and analyse sales metrics to continuously improve performance
- Establish relationships with product managers and development teams across various industries
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS start-up
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
- Strong understanding of consultative selling
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience selling to product managers, product teams, or mid-market to enterprise customers is a plus
- Familiarity with product management tools like Aha.io, Jira, or Asana is a plus
