Our client, a fast-growth software company, are looking for a curious and strategic Inside Sales Specialist to work as part of a team of marketing, engineers and product managers. You will be working closely with their entrepreneurial and highly successful CEO, to drive revenue growth through direct sales of an AI-assisted Product Management platform. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise, technical understanding and entrepreneurial spirit to offer consultative selling and the ability to nurture key prospects. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days each week in the London office.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for an AI-powered product management platform
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through to onboarding
  • Create sales processes, documentation and best practices
  • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate value propositions to customers
  • Build a pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead qualification
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to provide feedback and feature requests
  • Track and analyse sales metrics to continuously improve performance
  • Establish relationships with product managers and development teams across various industries

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS start-up
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience selling to product managers, product teams, or mid-market to enterprise customers is a plus
  • Familiarity with product management tools like Aha.io, Jira, or Asana is a plus
