As a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health & beauty space, they are looking for an Influencer Manager to build and scale its creator engine.
The Role: This creative role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing and performance creative. You’ll source, manage, and develop creators who produce organic-feeling UGC that drives real commercial outcomes. This is not a traditional relationship-only influencer role. It’s about building a repeatable, scalable creator pipeline that fuels paid ads, social growth, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities:

- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and usage rights while managing budgets responsibly
- Build long-term creator relationships while continuously testing new talent
- Develop clear, performance-led creative briefs designed to drive conversion
- Track and assess creator performance, identifying partners to scale and underperformers to refine or replace
- Support the paid marketing team with a steady flow of fresh, authentic UGC
- Maintain an organic, relatable content tone — avoiding overly polished or corporate styles
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, ideally within health, beauty, or wellness
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators (brand or agency side)
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Comfortable managing budgets and tracking performance metrics
- Able to write structured, clear creative briefs
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple creator relationships
- High-ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Understands that performance matters: content must convert, not just look good
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Comfortable on camera and able to contribute to UGC is a bonus (not essential)
Working Environment & Expectations:
- Creative e-commerce environment where speed, testing, and iteration are core
- Collaborative culture working closely with creative and marketing teams
- Office-based role with 4 days per week in East London
- Strong progression opportunities as the company scales
- Exposure to high-performance marketing and rapid career development
Success in This Role Looks Like:
- A consistent pipeline of high-quality creators producing performance-ready UGC
- A strong roster of repeat, high-performing influencer partnerships
- Efficient budget use with improving creative output over time
- Clear communication and reliable delivery of creator content
If you’re an Influencer Manager with strong knowledge across e-commerce and health & beauty, creating scalable, creative concepts apply for immediate consideration.
