Our client is a high‑growth D2C wellness brand, entering its next scale phase and looking for a performance‑driven Head of Growth to own and operate the full D2C revenue engine. The company has a single hero product working mainly in the US market with significant traction and funding to scale to £100m+.
This Growth Lead role is central to unlocking that next chapter and needs an experienced DTC Growth Lead with experience scaling £30‑100m and beyond. This is an end‑to‑end growth ownership position where you will be responsible for revenue across acquisition, creative performance, funnel conversion, and lifetime value.
As Head of Growth you will design, run, and continuously optimise the full DTC growth system. This is a highly collaborative team so expect hands‑on work across ads, data, landing pages, and creative testing. You’ll make fast, high‑impact decisions that directly influence CAC, payback periods, and subscription economics.
Ultimately you will lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google and be the Architect to optimise funnels: Ad – Landing Page/Listicle – PDP. As Growth Lead you will own budget allocation, scaling logic, and structured experimentation and be able to build and run high‑velocity creative testing systems (angles, hooks, formats).
This role will see you test and refine landing pages, advertorials, and conversion flows to develop and iterate offers and drive post‑purchase growth: upsells, cross‑sells, retention levers while improving LTV:CAC ratios and payback periods over time. This role is part of a highly collaborative and fast‑growing marketing team across creative, strategy, influencers, design and CRM.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Growth Lead or Head of Growth, proven DTC operator (FMCG)
- Scaled to £30m‑£100m
- Strong grasp of hooks, angles, UGC formats, and landing‑page psychology
- Fluent in CAC, payback periods, and subscription economics
- Hands‑on executor—not just a strategist or team manager
- Comfortable managing freelancers, creatives, and specialist agencies
Success Looks Like
- A consistent pipeline of scalable, winning creative concepts
- Improving CAC efficiency
- Higher funnel conversion rates
- Stronger LTV:CAC ratios and shorter payback periods
