The Role

As Head of Digital, you will set and deliver a bold digital‑first strategy—elevating reach, engagement, and growth. You’ll lead a talented digital team and oversee all digital channels, platforms, and content, ensuring the organisation’s online presence reflects its mission and ambition. You’ll combine strategic, positive leadership with hands‑on delivery, working collaboratively across the organisation to champion innovation, accessibility, and insight‑driven decision‑making.
