Our client is a high‑growth direct‑to‑consumer wellness brand, entering its next scale phase. Their deeply passionate team are looking for a performance‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and operate the full DTC revenue engine. The company has a single hero product with significant traction and the potential to scale to £100m+ in annual revenue. This role is central to unlocking that next chapter.

The Role

This is an end‑to‑end growth ownership position where you will be responsible for revenue across acquisition, creative performance, funnel conversion, and lifetime value. As Growth Marketing Manager you will design, run and continuously optimise the full DTC growth system: Creative Strategy → Paid Media → Funnel Optimisation → Offer Logic → LTV Expansion. This is a highly collaborative team so expect hands‑on work across ads, data, landing pages, and creative testing. You’ll make fast, high‑impact decisions that directly influence CAC, payback periods and subscription economics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Own budget allocation, scaling logic, and structured experimentation
  • Build and run high‑velocity creative testing systems (angles, hooks, formats)
  • Test and refine landing pages, advertorials, and conversion flows
  • Develop and iterate offers: bundles, trials, subscriptions, pricing tests
  • Improve LTV:CAC ratios and payback periods over time
