Our client is a highly successful and disruptive healthtech, hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies and insight that drive business growth. As Growth Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving growth of this consumer focused, ecommerce brand. You will work closely with leadership, web developer, and content marketing strategy teams to analyse campaign data, and formulate insights that define future digital marketing strategy. You will be confident in researching and tracking growth marketing trends and fascinated by consumer behaviour.

Our client is looking for a curious, entrepreneurial Growth Analyst who is fascinated by using data and insight to drive customer acquisition via digital marketing and strategy.

What do I need?

  • Excellent academic background, graduate with a 2:1 or above
  • An entrepreneurial approach, focus on curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • A passion for technology/healthtech and user experience
  • The ability to analyse data and translate insights to meaningful information
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and happy to work cross-functionally
