Our client is a highly successful and disruptive healthtech, hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to develop and deliver data‑driven marketing strategies and insight that drive business growth. In addition to a company bonus scheme, our client offers 28+ days holiday, social events, and a highly collaborative environment that support career progression and development. This role is 4 days in the London office; they are looking for a recent graduate who wants to be part of a highly ambitious growth environment.
As Growth Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving growth of this consumer‑focused, ecommerce brand. You will work closely with leadership, web developer, and content marketing strategy teams to analyse campaign data, and formulate insights that define future digital marketing strategy. You will be confident in researching and tracking growth marketing trends and fascinated by consumer behaviour.
What do I need?
- Excellent academic background, graduate with a 2:1 or above
- An entrepreneurial approach, focus on curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset.
- A passion for technology/healthtech and user experience
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights to meaningful information
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment and happy to work cross‑functionally
