Digital Marketing Specialist – Entertainment (London) – up to £50k + benefits
Our client, an exciting and very creative entertainment company is looking for a dynamic , driven Digital Marketing Specialist, ideally with an agency background to lead marketing strategy and execution as they go through an exciting period of growth.
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will work closely with the Marketing Director and other internal teams to develop the brand and focus on continued development. This role will have a strong focus on digital, including PPC campaigns, email, SEO and more to further enhance the brand. You will be working closely with partners and agencies to craft compelling and creative content plans and oversee the annual content calendar.
Naturally you will have a passion for digital as you optimise the website, monitor traffic and analyse user behaviour to improve site performance and conversion rates. You will manage the CRM system and email marketing programme to enhance customer engagement and deliver further growth. As Marketing Manager you will also manage influencer marketing and build strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and network platforms.
What do I need?
- A passion for digital marketing and 3 years+ experience of working on B2C campaigns
- Fluency with CRM systems and CMS tools
- A data-led mindset
- Experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Affiliate and influencer marketing experience ideal
- Great communications skills and the ability to work across teams
- An eye for detail, with excellent copywriting skills
