The Role

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital strategy — shaping campaigns, optimising customer journeys, and building a brand that customers love and trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and optimise customer journeys across web & email
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to elevate on‑site experience
  • Own email marketing strategy (Klaviyo) — flows & campaigns
  • Launch seasonal campaigns & product promotions
  • Build cross‑sell/up‑sell systems to connect products
  • Manage influencer partnerships to expand reach
  • Keep all communications true to our brand values
