Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for food? Do you want to help transform the way world food products are delivered to customers? If so, this is your opportunity to lead marketing for a fast-growing brand that’s challenging the status quo. Our client is looking for a hands-on, intelligent marketer with strong digital experience and a passion for food and community. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a marketing strategy that drives growth, builds trust, and elevates the brand across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise customer journeys across web and email, aligned to key personas
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance on-site experience
- Own email marketing strategy, including automated flows and campaign execution (Klaviyo)
- Drive seasonal campaigns and product promotions across site and email
- Build cross-sell/up-sell systems to connect complementary products
- Manage influencer partnerships to expand reach and reinforce brand values
- Ensure all communications reflect the brand's core pillars and integrity
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within FMCG or food
- Strong Shopify and Klaviyo skills
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and KPI-driven decision making
- Experience personalising customer journeys and communications
- Confidence working across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
