Our client, an exciting, rapidly growing tech start-up, are looking to onboard an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join their thriving team! This is a hybrid role working at least 3 days from their London office per week, plus regular international travel and offers some great benefits, including growth and development opportunities.
As Customer Success Manager/Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our client’s high value accounts, building strong long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering exceptional service. This is a fantastic, varied role, where you will be responsible for client relationship management, the growth and retention of existing clients, as well as project/campaign management, liaising closely with internal teams, tracking and managing deliverables, plus reporting and analysing results.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in client facing account management or customer success roles, ideally within a transactional business environment
- Hands-on experience of managing high volume, high value accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An organised, detail focussed approach with ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Confident working with budgets and reporting
- A positive, forward-thinking attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Open to regular international travel
- Experience or working in the gaming, casino or loyalty-based promotions ideal but not essential
