Creative Strategy Lead (Design) – Climate & Sustainability – flexible remote working
Our client is a global communications organisation who specialise in bringing together diverse perspectives and backgrounds to find the best solutions to tackling climate change. They are looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to manage the creation of innovative digital campaigns, both strategy and creative design & execution with a focus on audience-driven campaigns. As part of their global team, you will play a key role in proactive campaigns to targeted audiences and designing forward-thinking creative and digital strategies to help achieve their mission of a safe and stable climate for all.
This is flexible fully remote role, however you must be able to work with colleagues in Central European Time (CET) (+/- 6 hours). Hybrid coworking is available from specific locations but not a necessity. This is a 12-month contract initially but has the opportunity to be extended.
In this mission-led organisation you will help to create more political, media and public endorsement for action on climate change on an international scale.
As Creative Strategy Lead, you will lead and oversee a team of creatives across graphic design, video & motion graphics, data and web design/development and help shape their campaigns. Using your expertise in targeting global audiences as well as smaller community groups or corporations, you will plan and support the delivery of audience-focused campaigns. You will be integral to the production of ground-breaking advocacy/social policy campaigns, sharing groundbreaking stories, emotive projects, and technical data and information through engaging creative visual digital content.
For this role, you will also be involved in stakeholder and key partner communication and management, so the ability to build strong working relationships is key!

- Proven background in managing a creative team across video, graphic design, copywriting

- First-rate English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience and understanding of digital campaign metrics
