Our client is a successful and fast-growth conference and trade show business, linking key decision-makers and delivering world-class events. Due to growth, they have a new role for a talented and innovative Conference Producer who can successfully handle their unique conference portfolio across Europe and the Middle East.

What will I be doing?

  • Content Development and in-depth research on industry trends and emerging topics.
  • Creation of engaging agenda topics, securing high-profile speakers for alignment with audience interests.
  • Creation and execution of session descriptions, event agendas, speaker bios and promotional content.
  • Project Management, planning and managing program production, campaigns, and speaker budgets.
  • Collaboration with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to maximize event attendance.
  • Overseeing speaker management to identify and liaise with potential speakers and moderators and coordinate attendance.
  • On-site management for the delivery of live events to ensure a seamless experience across logistics and production, including audio/visual elements.
  • Post-Event analysis and reports to measure impact and guide future planning.

What do I need?

  • Strong conference management experience; experience from tech, IT, data useful but not essential and all sectors will be considered.
  • Experience in speaker management and agenda development.
  • Excellent project management, research and analytical skills.
  • Additional languages a bonus but not essential.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and innovative approach.
  • Curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve and strengthen relationships.
  • Passion for events!
