Ready to level up your creative career? Our global DTC client is expanding and hiring a new Social Videographer who can turn raw footage into engaging, high‑performing content for consumers. If you’ve got an eye for rhythm and a feel for trends, this could be the right move for you. The company has a single hero product and is on track to become the market leader in the DTC space. As a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand in the health & beauty space, they are looking for a highly creative hire.
This is 4 days in the Victoria office and 1 day from home.
Specifically, we’re looking for evidence of:
- Direct response / paid social experience
- Understanding of hooks, scroll-stopping concepts, and conversion-focused design
- Iterating creatives based on results (not just one-off design work)
The Brand
A fast-scaling DTC brand shaking up the wellness/beauty space. Smart strategy, science-backed products, and a fantastic, friendly, motivated team that is growing quickly!
What You’ll Own
- Editing and animating short‑form content across TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and paid social
- Creating slick motion graphics, type treatments, and transitions
- Working with our clients Creative Strategist + Designer to turn ideas into high‑impact assets
- Helping shape their visual identity across channels
- Bringing fresh concepts, hooks, and formats to the table
- Staying plugged into editing trends, UGC styles, and what’s hitting in DTC
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Motion Designer, Creative or similar
- Confident in AE, Premiere, CapCut, or whatever tools help you deliver
- A genuine obsession with content — pacing, audio, creators, trends
- Collaborative approach
- FMCG experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements
