The Role

You’ll lead the brand’s international marketing strategy — driving cultural relevance, customer engagement and commercial impact. This is a hands‑on, strategic role overseeing brand, content, partnerships, social, experiential and a large multi‑disciplinary team.

Brand & Strategy

  • Lead annual, seasonal and monthly marketing plans across Europe.
  • Partner with creative, paid media and digital teams to deliver campaigns that spark conversation and drive measurable results.
  • Own marketing KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Build market nuance and segmentation across all international territories.
  • Champion the youth‑driven customer mindset across all touchpoints.

Content, Talent & Partnerships

  • Shape social strategy and talent partnerships across Europe.
  • Identify emerging content trends and editorial ideas that resonate with the brand’s community.
  • Strengthen brand presence through content, PR and cultural storytelling.
  • Integrate meaningful partners and organisations aligned with brand values.

Experiential & Community

  • Lead IRL experiences: music events, workshops, Q&As, community activations and store openings.
  • Explore opportunities to activate retail spaces with external partners.
  • Develop reward‑driven activations to attract and retain customers.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a large team across brand, social, talent, partnerships, experiential and project management.

Who are you?

  • Strong experience delivering high‑impact campaigns within a similar youth brand, fashion or creative agency working with relevant clients.
  • Experience working with an international brand and global scale.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to nurture creativity and guide large teams.
  • A strategic, agile mindset with a deep understanding of youth culture and digital behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

As well as a competitive salary, generous bonus and hybrid working, gym and wellness benefits. The benefits package includes private medical insurance, cycle‑to‑work scheme and a season ticket loan. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities for ongoing learning and development.
