Our client is a fast‑growing D2C FMCG brand with an expanding customer base and big ambitions! Powered by a data‑driven creative engine, they’re scaling quickly and investing heavily in high‑impact, performance‑led content.

They’re now looking for an experienced, performance‑focused Creative Strategist to join their high‑performing Growth team and take full ownership of creative direction across ads and landing pages. This is a hands‑on, commercially driven role in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment, working closely with media buyers, designers, editors, and UGC creators to turn insights, trends, and customer psychology into high‑converting creative that drives measurable growth.

You’ll transform customer insights, competitor research, and platform trends into compelling concepts, hooks, and storylines that elevate performance across channels. You’ll build structured testing roadmaps, analyse key metrics, and iterate quickly to uncover winning ideas, combat fatigue, and steer data‑led creative decisions. Alongside this, you’ll brief and collaborate with creative partners while maintaining a library of high‑performing insights to fuel a consistent, conversion‑focused creative pipeline.

  • Strong experience in DTC marketing, creative strategy, performance creative or paid social
  • Background in an agency working with FMCG brands or a fast‑paced consumer business
  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into creative decisions
