Our client is a fast growth healthcare brand going through a rebrand and exciting expansion process. They are seeking a creative Brand Manager who can develop their award-winning service and lead across comms, brand, events and partnerships. This Brand Manager role is 4 days in the central London office, 1 day from home and our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, opportunities for professional development and advancement and a supportive and inclusive work environment.

With a focus of developing brand relevance and delivering a premium customer experience, you will have the opportunity to create and drive inspiring and innovative brand strategies that will protect, grow, and enhance the brand across the UK. This role will report to the CEO and will manage a budget related to brand activities. You will share their story through compelling content and help to drive the growth of the brand and business. This is a collaborative team that offers significant scope for individual creativity and flare, covering the following areas:

  • Brand-led events to raise awareness among potential patients and medical community
  • Social media channel management
  • Photographic and videographic content creation
  • Working with agencies (e.g. PR, Brand, Content)
  • Outreach to corporates to develop corporate partnerships
  • Developing and nurturing referral channel relationships
  • Blog and Vlog writing, scripting and creation
  • Charitable event activities and partnerships
  • CPD-qualifying seminars and webinars
  • Liaising with the press to continually improve brand strength and authority
  • Project-managing multi-faceted new launch marketing plans

What do I need?

  • A passion for women’s health.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) from marketing, content, brand management, partnerships, events and PR or similar
  • Experience with Blog and Vlog writing, scripting and creation
  • Experience writing content for social media, and social media management
  • Focus on execution, hands-on ability
  • Curious approach, enjoy interacting and collaborating with others
  • Strong storytelling and content creation ability
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills essential.
