Our client is an award-winning and prestigious beauty brand dedicated to responsible beauty, sustainability, and consumer intimacy alongside diversity and inclusion. They are looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of make-up, skincare, and seasonal categories for the UK market.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the UK marketing and brand strategy for your categories. Makeup and beauty passion and knowledge is a must!

  • Leading product launches and activity plans, ensuring commercial analysis and ROI.
  • Collaborating with global teams on new product development, adapting strategies for the UK consumer.
  • Driving impactful campaigns with creative and media agencies, ensuring compelling and compliant messaging.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (digital, training, merchandising, supply chain) to deliver seamless customer journeys.
  • Providing competitor and market analysis, along with actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Managing budget allocation for sales support, sampling, and promotional materials.
  • Coaching and inspiring a junior team member, fostering creativity and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a creative and curious brand marketer with a strong background in both brand and product management within the beauty sector.

  • 5-6 years experience in brand marketing, ideally in make-up or skincare.
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to balance creative ideas with financial impact.
  • Experience working across media platforms and with creative/production processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence presenting to stakeholders and retailers.
  • A collaborative and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in design, copywriting, and visual merchandising would be advantageous.
